Store Policy It is our policy to offer our customers the best customer service and products available. However, since all our products are SURPLUS and CLOSEOUTS we unfortunately CANNOT offer returns but are able to offer EXCHANGES within 14 days of purchase under certain circumstances.  Product must still be in saleable condition and unopened accompanied by a receipt. Any merchandise that is brought in to be exchanged may be assessed a 25% restocking fee. We do not offer any exchanges on cabinets or appliances.
